By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Agency Dashboard is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application developed by Creatinsta that enables marketing agencies to:
Agency Dashboard is a commercial SaaS product intended for use by marketing agencies and their business clients. It is available to any qualifying business — it is not limited to personal or internal company use. Any marketing agency or business may register for and use the Service.
Creatinsta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify Creatinsta immediately at hello@clipz.hu if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
Creatinsta reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion.
Agency Administrators are responsible for:
Agency Team Members access the Service under the permissions granted by the Agency Administrator and are bound by these Terms in their own right.
Client Users are granted read-only access by the Agency to view their own dashboard data. Clients may not modify account settings, API credentials, or configuration unless explicitly granted such permission by the Agency Administrator.
Agencies are solely responsible for obtaining any consents required to connect a client's Third-Party Platform accounts to the Service and for ensuring that their use of client data complies with applicable law.
The Service relies on OAuth authentication and API integrations to retrieve data from Third-Party Platforms. By connecting a Third-Party Platform, you:
Creatinsta is not responsible for any interruptions, data gaps, or errors arising from changes to Third-Party Platform APIs, policy changes, or the revocation of access tokens.
Your use of data retrieved from Third-Party Platforms must comply with each platform's own terms of service, including but not limited to the Meta Platform Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy, and TikTok for Developers Terms of Service.
TikTok Integration: Agency Dashboard integrates with TikTok's advertising and content APIs to retrieve ad performance metrics, organic social analytics, and follower statistics. By connecting your TikTok account to Agency Dashboard, you authorise the application to access your TikTok data via the TikTok Business API and/or TikTok Open Platform in accordance with TikTok's terms of service. Agency Dashboard does not post, modify, or delete any content on your TikTok account — it only reads analytics data.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Creatinsta may suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice if it reasonably believes a violation of this section has occurred.
The Service, including its software, design, interface, documentation, and all related content, is the exclusive property of Creatinsta and is protected by Hungarian and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service and all data retrieved from Third-Party Platforms on your behalf. By using the Service, you grant Creatinsta a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Creatinsta processes personal data in connection with the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Creatinsta acts as the data controller for personal data of Users (e.g. name, email address, login information). Creatinsta acts as a data processor with respect to any personal data contained within Third-Party Platform data retrieved on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you provide to the Service or authorise Creatinsta to retrieve has a lawful basis for processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection legislation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Creatinsta does not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creatinsta's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees paid by you to Creatinsta in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
In no event shall Creatinsta be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you have an active Account with the Service.
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting Creatinsta at hello@clipz.hu. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Creatinsta may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:
Upon termination for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 8, 10, and 13.
Creatinsta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your Account, or by posting a notice within the Service, at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
